After working inside Medicaid claims operations and medical practices, I saw the same problem repeatedly: talented providers and hardworking office teams were spending too much time chasing insurers, correcting preventable problems and trying to understand reports that did not provide real answers.
I created Fate MBS to give independent practices the kind of billing support I believe they deserve: careful work, honest communication, documented follow-through and someone willing to look beneath the surface when the numbers do not make sense.
We are intentionally a small, hands-on company. That allows us to understand each practice, work with its existing systems and communicate directly when something needs attention.
